Learn how to preserve your harvest with this food dehydrating and hydrosols workshop from CSU Extension and inventHQ. Hydrosols (plant aromatics extracted with steam) can be made with the pots in your kitchen and enjoyed in beverages, skin care or aromatherapy. Dehydrating can be used to preserve fruits, vegetables or herbs. Both techniques are a great way to get the most out of your growing season and bring the outdoors in all year round. This class will take place outside. Updates will be sent via email if changes are needed due to weather.
