Purpose of Meeting

* Setup time is 1HR *. Unable to code this due to overlap w/CSU Extension event. That overlap is approved by Tina Lynn-Craig during booking. Marvelous Musicales variety show. Performers arrive at 3:15 pm for seating, photos and warm up.  Private Rehearsal.  Public Performance from 4-5PM.  * Overlap w/CSU Extension discussed / approved
