Program Description

Event Details

National Library Week is an annual celebration highlighting the valuable role libraries and library professionals play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities. The Broomfield Public Library will celebrate this year with a showing of the movie The Public – starring Emilio Estevez, Alec Baldwin, Michael Kenneth Williams, and Gabrielle Union – which highlights the role that a public library plays when an extreme cold front passes through Cincinnati. The result is an act of civil disobedience at the public library.
