Colorado Chamber Players celebrates the 339th birthday of J.S. Bach, with a joyous baroque concert featuring Rebecca Robinson, Mezzo Soprano and Miriam Kapner, Oboe d’amore.

Gorgeous arias from Cantatas 64, 112 and 200 will be performed, along with Bach’s heartfelt D minor cello suite; lyrical A minor solo violin sonata; and virtuosic G minor gamba sonata.

Rebecca Robinson has been praised for her “darkly pretty voice”, and performed as a soloist with the Takacs Quartet, Colorado Symphony, and Central City Opera. The New York Times described Miriam Kapner’s playing as “a sensitive exploration of the oboe's singing character”.
