Introduction to Comic Book Writing and Drawing

Join local award-winning artist Stan Yan for an interactive workshop on the art of comic book writing and drawing. Stan will guide workshop attendees to create a 4-panel comic strip with a short story arc formula, storyboarding techniques, and illustration process tips, which can be used for larger comic book projects.

Artists and writers of all skill levels, ages 9+ (under 12 need an adult), are welcome to attend the workshop. All drawing and writing materials will be provided.
