Program Description
Event Details
When starlings fly together they create beautiful patterns in the sky, like a giant dance. Each bird follows the others, showing how small actions can come together to create something amazing. Just like the starlings, people are stronger when they work as a team.
Each participant will paint their own paper mâché starling with their favorite colors, patterns, and designs and talk with artist Rebecca Lefebvre about her installation display "MURMURATION: The dance of the starlings," unity, interconnectedness and the ways they connect to larger issues in our community.
