Broomfield Senior Services and the library are proud to partner with Active Minds for an ongoing series of lectures to foster lifelong learning. 

This session will discuss Ireland and Northern Ireland! - In January 2020, Northern Ireland competed the first stages of its exit from the European Union. Given that the Republic of Ireland remains a member of the EU, the exit deal has significant implications for the lasting peace on the island and its political futures. Active Minds will discuss the history of Ireland and explore its uncertain future. Please note: This event is hosted at the Broomfield Community Center.
