Are you proud of Broomfield Library and its decades-long history? Do you want to play a part in sharing that history on one of the world's most visited websites? Then come to the Wikipedia Edit-a-thon!
The Wikipedia Edit-a-thon is a four-part weekly series with classes that build on each other. Attendance at all four sessions is recommended. First you'll learn best practices in Wikipedia page editing and creation, and then you'll have the opportunity to either work collaboratively to build the first-ever Broomfield Library Wikipedia page or to edit existing Wikipedia pages of your choosing.
Library laptops are limited to the first 9 registrants, but you are welcome to bring your own.
