Program Description

Event Details

Tai Chi combines slow, continuous controlled movements with a focus on weight transference, posture, and helps develop body awareness to gain confidence and improve mobility. This program is designed to reduce your risk of falling, and exercises can be performed seated or standing. Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes.

Registration is not required but space is limited to the first 12 attendees.
